How does the process work? We pride ourselves on being quick and effective with all of our clients. We are happy to set up a phone call to discuss your goals and ideas.

Some of our most asked questions:

  • Our MOQ is 50pcs per item, color, and design 
  • Multiple sizes are allowed within the 50pc order
  • Lead times are generally 3-6 weeks with 1-2 week shipping 
  • Pricing depends on MANY factors (product, shipping, designs, fabric, etc)
  • We can provide a quote for anything you are looking for
  • The more you order = better pricing we can offer
  • We are FULLY custom - meaning we purchase rolls of fabric for cut & sew
  • We can help suggest fabrics and print types depending on your products
  • If you have a brand that you like, we can try to best replicate their items
  • We DO offer custom size tags, hang tags, and packaging 
  • Custom poly bags are an additional costs while size & hang tags are included 
  • We DO offer samples - pricing varies depending on the items you are looking for
  • Feel free to be as detailed as you want. We tell all of our clients, the more details = the better we can make the products to your expectations. 

What don't we do?

  • We DO NOT have any in-house designers. You will need to provide your own designs and logos. We simply just create the clothing and ship to your door. We suggest fiver.com or any other freelance service to help you. 
  • We DO NOT offer POD (print on demand) services. We only offer bulk production and ship items directly to you or your shipping warehouse. 
  • We DO NOT require tech packs, although they do help our team
  • We don't like to waste our or your time. We strive to be as quick and efficient as possible. Please only request samples if you are serious about ordering bulk.  

TITAFIT is your one-stop-shop for custom apparel. We can either source your desired fabric, offer alternative fabric, or develop your fabric in-house. (If developing custom fabric, the MOQ may increase to 100-250pcs per item, color, design)

How did you get involved with manufacturing? I started a clothing brand in November 2016 called Titanium Fitness. We started with 100 t-shirts and slowly scaled into hoodies, tanks, ladies apparel, hats, etc. Flash forward a year or two, and we built Titanium into a 700+ person ambassador team and selling thousands of clothing items a month. During our growth, we were continually asked by other fitness brands, gyms, supplement companies, etc. if we could help manufacturer custom clothing. In January of 2019, we decided to open our own facility, and start to wholesale our own fabrics with our clients branding. Since then we have worked with 1,500+ brands across the globe and continually adding new clients to create cut & sew custom clothing.

What are the advantages of working with TITAFIT MFG? 

  • We offer the lowest MOQ in the industry at 50pcs per item, color, and design. Most custom manufacturing facilities are 500+ pcs per size, color, item. 
  • We are able to get on a phone call and discuss your ideas/goals. You will be speaking to a real person and feel comfortable about the proces.
  • We offer custom samples, BEFORE you place a bulk order. 
  • Quick turnaround time. GENERALLY (3-6 week production + 1 week shipping time) Size and order complexity may alter this.
  • Over 1,500+ clients serviced + our own brand, we know fit, feel, fabrics and can help guide you to success. 

What are your prices? Due to the fact that there are literally thousands of options when creating custom clothing, we price everything off a per quote basis. We follow a series of steps to create a final price with your items. Things that affect price may include: order quantity, colors, design, logos, fabric, weight, etc. We generally offer price breaks at 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+ pcs.

Where are you based? Our main office is located in Boston, MA. We handle all of our client relationships and operations here in the USA. We have multiple facilities overseas where we custom source and produce all of our own fabric. 90% of our clients are here in the states. 

How do you ship? We ship directly to our clients from our facility. We can produce & ship to anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping companies allow. Shipping generally comes via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping is included in all of our prices. 

What if I'm not happy with my order? Our team strives to always get it right the first time! 99% of the time we do. But, we're not perfect, and we do make mistakes. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as best we can by sending new products.

INVOICE TERMS, CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMER

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY DELAYS

TITAFIT Company LLC ships all orders in good faith and in accordance with estimated carrier timelines; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are subject to change without notice due to, but not limited to: carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, extreme weather events, national emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, increased shipping volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.

TITAFIT Company LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or expenses — direct or indirect — resulting from shipping delays, mis-deliveries by carriers, or any other fulfillment interruptions outside of our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the time the order is handed to the carrier.

2. FORCE MAJEURE

TITAFIT Company LLC shall not be in breach of any agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this invoice, where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action or inaction, tariffs, trade restrictions, import/export embargoes, labor strikes, transportation failures, or any other event of a similar nature (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, order fulfillment timelines may be extended without penalty to TITAFIT Company LLC. TITAFIT Company LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known delays to the buyer.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TITAFIT Company LLC does not offer refunds once payment has been received and an order has been placed. This policy applies to all products, including bulk and large-quantity orders. No exceptions will be made due to shipping delays, changes in delivery timelines, or Force Majeure Events as described above.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the buyer must notify TITAFIT Company LLC in writing within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. TITAFIT Company LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a replacement, store credit, or other remedy — but is not obligated to issue a monetary refund.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

ALL ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE. Once payment has been received and an order has been confirmed, TITAFIT Company LLC will immediately begin sourcing, purchasing, or creating the materials and fabric necessary to fulfill your order. As a result, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

In the event that an exceptional situation arises and you wish to discuss your order, you are welcome to reach out to our team directly. Any such discussions are held at the sole discretion of TITAFIT Company LLC and do not constitute a guarantee of cancellation or refund.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

To ensure the timely and successful fulfillment of every order, TITAFIT Company LLC requires the following payment terms to be met prior to the start of any production or procurement of materials:

  • Payment in Full — Because every order is custom in nature — requiring the direct sourcing and purchase of specialty fabrics, raw materials, and dedicated skilled labor — payment in full is required before any work begins. This ensures that materials can be procured promptly, production timelines can be honored, and your order receives our full attention from start to finish. No order will be scheduled, produced, or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed in its entirety.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TITAFIT COMPANY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ORDER, EVEN IF TITAFIT COMPANY LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall TITAFIT Company LLC's total liability to the buyer exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific order in question.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This invoice and the terms contained herein constitute the entire agreement between TITAFIT Company LLC and the buyer with respect to the order described herein, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. These terms may be updated from time to time; the terms in effect at the time of purchase shall govern.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

PAYMENT OF THIS INVOICE CONSTITUTES THE BUYER'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT. No signature is required. By remitting payment — whether in full or in part — the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all terms herein, including the No Refund Policy, Shipping Disclaimer, Force Majeure provisions, and Limitation of Liability. These terms are binding on the buyer, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
