How does the process work? We pride ourselves on being quick and effective with 2 ordering flows for 2 different types of buyers. 

BUYER #1: Client knows exactly what they want and need for their order. They have their logo ready, size breakdown, and ready to order bulk custom clothing asap. This is why we created TITAFIT EXPRESS which is similar to a Custom Ink, Vista Print, or Rush Order Tees online, just not as "corporate" or large with better customer service and personal touch. Minimum order is 50 pcs per item, color, design.

These are the most proven products that fit and feel perfect. No custom fabrics, size guides, product features, etc. These are products that have sold the best for us over the past 7+ years and we have them in stock ready to go. The goal here was to streamline the order process and make it easier for re-stocks. 

EXPRESS PROCESS: Select product > use our custom design tool to add your logos or product design > select your logo application > select your product color > desired quantity 50+ > breakdown per size > and anything else we should know for your order > proceed to checkout and pay > receive order confirmation within 24 hours confirming entire order. 

BUYER #2: Client is either new to creating apparel, doesn't know what they want, or has a fully custom order. This is why we created TITAFIT CUSTOM to allow for those who want a white-glove service for their vision. Minimum order quantity is 50 pcs per item, color, design. 

These are products that we cut & sew custom depending on the client requests. We can source fabric, create new size guides, follow full tech-packs, offer custom hang tags and woven size tags with your branding. This is your one-stop-shop for custom apparel. Pricing depends on MANY factors. 

CUSTOM PROCESS: Provide mockups / details of vision / or we can help you create them > discuss fabrics and size guides > client provides all details for our team to create custom samples to bring your vision to life > approve or alter samples and place bulk order. Pricing depends on MANY factors. All orders with TITAFIT CUSTOM will come with custom hang tags and woven size tags with your branding. 

How did you get involved with manufacturing? I started by creating the TITAFIT clothing brand in November 2016. We were able to start a clothing brand from ground zero and build it into a 700+ person ambassador team and selling thousands of clothing items a month. During our growth, we were continually asked by other fitness brands, gyms, events, etc. if we could help manufacturer custom clothing. In January of 2019, we decided to open our own facility, and start to wholesale our fabrics with our clients branding. Flash forward, we have worked with 1,500+ brands and continually adding new clients to create cut & sew custom clothing.

What are the advantages of working with TITAFIT MFG? 

  • We offer the lowest MOQ in the industry at 50 and 100 pcs. Most custom manufacturing facilities are 500+ pcs per size, color, item. 
  • We are able to get on a phone call and discuss your ideas/goals. We also have an in-house design mockup generator on our website. This allows us to streamline the process and offer instant value to our clients. 
  • We offer custom samples, BEFORE you place a bulk order. (On TITAFIT CUSTOM only)
  • Quick turnaround time. GENERALLY (3-5 week production + 1 week shipping time) Size and order complexity may alter this.
  • Over 1,500+ clients serviced + our own brand, we know fit, feel, fabrics.

What are your prices? Due to the fact that there are literally thousands of options when creating custom clothing, we price everything off a per quote basis. We follow a series of steps to create a final price with your items. Things that affect price may include: order quantity, colors, design, logos, fabric, weight, etc. If you are ordering with TITAFIT EXPRESS - pricing will be shown at checkout and varies depending on product and quantity. We offer price breaks at 200, 500, and 1,000+ pcs.

Where are you based? Our main office is located in Boston, MA. We handle all of our client relationships in the USA. Our facility for manufacturing is located in Sialkot, Pakistan where we source all of our custom fabric. If we can't source the fabric, we can generally make custom fabric or find a new solution. 

How do you ship? We ship directly to our clients from our facility. We can produce & ship to anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping companies allow. Shipping generally comes via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping is included in all of our prices. 

What if I'm not happy with my order? Our team strives to always get it right the first time! 99% of the time we do. But, we're not perfect, and we do make mistakes. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as best we can by sending new product. In rare cases when we can't come to a resolution, we can offer a full refund on products that you are not 100% satisfied with.
